Vendor Booths
We now are taking online registrations! NEW IN 2023: All vendors must provide a culturally relevant activity. A list of approved activities can be found here. You may also submit your own activity for approval by the committee.

- For-Profit Vendors Cost $100
- Nonprofit Vendors Cost $85
- Electricity Sites: $125 for-profit or nonprofit

Set Up:
- Please bring your own, table, chairs, and tents if you need them. The Juneteenth committee does not provide these. All tents must be staked down and weighted to prevent flight if wind picks up.
- Arrive between 11:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. to be ready and to greet visitors at 1:00 p.m. Please check in at the information booth, when you arrive; at this time you will get directed to your space. YOU MUST CHECK IN no later 12:00 p.m. to make sure you get a space.
- Organizations are not permitted to share space unless purchasing two or more tickets.
- No vehicles other than Juneteenth Committee vehicles are permitted on grass.
- Your booth space measures 10 x 10. You can fit additional tables towards the back, but only one table in the front.
- Decorating your booth is a very important and fun part of this event. We encourage participating booths to personalize the booth in an inclusive and respectful manner.
- The City of Longmont and the Juneteenth Planning Committee are not responsible for lost or damaged property.
- Please keep your area clean and we encourage you to participate in our Zero Waste Goal. Providing your own trash receptacle is advised if you provide candy, give aways or activities.
Tear Down:
- You cannot take down before 5:00 p.m. and must be out by 7:00 p.m.
- No vehicles other than Juneteenth Committee vehicles are permitted on grass.
- Clean-up of and around your space is required. Remove all trash at the end of this event.
